Lynne grew up in western Kansas where she learned the values of a Christ centered family and close community. She attended church, youth group, and bible studies as a young teen, but it wasn't until she went to college and joined a campus ministry that she understood what discipleship and living the out the gospel looked like. Lynne played basketball in high school, but an ACL tear ended her basketball career. "I believe God used basketball to teach me the values of discipline and hard work to not only carry me through the trials of life, but to continue to seek Jesus for my refuge and strength."
Lynne graduated with a bachelors degree in Nursing from the University of Kansas. She has worked as an intensive care nurse and is currently an assistant basketball coach at Providence Classical Christian Academy. She leads group bible studies and mentors young teen women. She and her husband Matt live on a farm with their four kids Ella, Jack, Lucie, and Henry.
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will.
