Ministry Leader
Ministry Leaders may serve in various capacities in order to help FCA realize our vision. These roles are defined as either Volunteer Team Members or Volunteer Ministry Leaders. Area Representative
The Representative works with the Director and Advisory Team to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values by implementing the ministry plan for the assigned area. In the FCA Sports Environments, the Representative ensures there is a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. The Representative is accountable for ensuring that the FCA ministry is conducted according to biblical standards and adheres to FCA policies and procedures.Area Representative

Leadership Board
Our Leadership Board is a team of individuals who are serving together in one or two of their skills, passions and areas of expertise in an environment where all Board Members and the FCA Director can together provide input into strategic ministry planning.Leadership Board

Ambassador
The Ambassador serves 15 hours or less each week in a defined area by engaging, equipping and empowering coaches and athletes to fulfill the FCA Vision, pursue the FCA Mission and live the FCA Values. In the FCA Sports Environment(s), the Ambassador implements a consistent approach to discipleship -- making disciples who make disciples. Associate
The Associate assists FCA staff with necessary duties assigned by the supervisor in order to aid in the successful camp ministry or campus ministry programs and/or administrative support. An Associate is a temporary, part time hourly position, ineligible for FCA benefits and 401K contributions. Associates can be FCA staff for up to 1 year.Associate
