Our Leadership Board is a team of individuals who are serving together in one or two of their skills, passions and areas of expertise in an environment where all Board Members and the FCA Director can together provide input into strategic ministry planning.

Keith Tencleve

Director of Innovation & Business Support

Keith was raised in rural Arkansas before attending the University of Arkansas to become a civil engineer. It was late in his time at UA that God got Keith's full attention. Over Keith's faith journey, he has attempted to blend his skills in engineering, business, and leadership to help his environment better represent God's value system. Other than through his family and church, these efforts have typically been through his work at Garver, various community involvement, and development projects. Keith lives in Fayetteville with his wife, Michele, and three kids.
